MET COAL RESERVE AVIALABLE IN SW VIRGINIA

My firm is assisting the owner in the sale of a large metallurgical coal reserve in Southwest Virginia.  The reserve is estimated to contain approximately 30 million recoverable tons of melallurgical coal in an area known for its high quality coals--the heart of the Clinchfield Coal Field.  The reserve is located on a 5,000 acre contiguous tract comprised of mostly fee with some minerals only and coal only.  Coal predominates all of the acreage.  The property has an operating coal mine in the Ailey or Lower Kennedy seam with continuous development.  The property also has significant natural gas and timber reserves.  For more information, contact Attorney Donald R.
