Donald R Johnson, P. C. Has extensive expertise and experience in representing clients involving oil and gas matters, particularly matters involving  gas pipelines and easements.Donald  has participated in litigation involving oil and gas easements including litigation against CNX Gas Company and Equitable Production Company ( EQ T). Donald  was recently in litigation matters involving EQT in Southwest Virginia, and has been involved in litigation in both Virginia and West Virginia in the circuit courts and the appellate courts of both states.

Donald has extensive experience in the development of coal and oil and gas on the same properties and has negotiated and litigated matters involving  development issues. Donald was the coal representative for the negotiation and drafting of the Virginia Oil and Gas ACt. His expertise in gas matters are well known. He has participated in several hearings in Virginia and West Virginia before the regulatory boards.

Donald  welcomes clients needing assistance in matters involving oil and gas, specifically including clients needing assistance in the development of the Mountain Valley pipeline and the Atlantic Coast pipeline in Eastern West Virginia and Western Virginia.
