The Law Office of Donald R. Johnson, P.C., is well equipped to assist land owners in dealilng with oil and gas and other untility easement development in Virginia  and West Virginia.  Donald has assisted clients in negotiating, drafting and litigating pipeline easements.  He has appeared for clients in the Circuit5 Courts and Supreme Court of Virginia on easement disputes.  For the Mountain Valley Pipeline, Donald has litigated against and negotiated with EQT Production Company, the parent company of MVP,  in Vlirginia and West Virginia for many ytears.  Donald welcomes the opportunity to represent clients who are responding to the pipeline development.
